Allyssa Gilmore, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Allyssa attended the University of Texas at Arlington graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2011 . She then worked as an inpatient registered nurse specializing in trauma for 6 years. While working as a registered nurse she decided to further her education and become a provider. She attended Texas Woman’s University and received a Masters of Science in Nursing degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2018. Also, she is currently attending the University of Texas at Arlington to become double certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to better serve all patient populations. It has always been her passion to help others and being a registered nurse and now a nurse practitioner continues to fulfill that passion. She strives to assist patients and address concerns whether it be during a traumatic situation or cosmetic need to fulfill their aesthetic wishes. In Allyssa’s spare time she sincerely enjoys working out and spending time with my family.

Mindi Mattheus, MSN

Mindi Mattheus is a Board Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with training in internal medicine and cosmetic dermatology with a focus on facial rejuvenation. She is known for her artful work and conservative techniques that help patients achieve facial harmony while giving them a refreshed version of their natural beauty. Through education on skincare, preventative treatments and corrective treatments she has been able to create meaningful changes for patients seeking anti-aging.

She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and then her Masters of Science in Nursing from New York University in 2015. She trained under world-renowned plastic surgeons, Daniel Baker, MD, Steven Levine, MD, and master injector Nousha Salimi, RN.

She now joins the plastic surgery practice of Jason R. Bailey as the injection specialist and is excited to grow her practice in Houston.

Her native Texan husband and new mom status of a 6-month-old baby boy brought her to Houston in April of 2018.
